Application :

Fluid Bed Dryer is widely used in the Industry for gentle drying/cooling of free flowing solids. Perforated plate is used to fluidize the material with the help of an air stream. The fluid material is imparted mechanical energy by vibration. Plenum is used below the perforated plate to make the cooling media. Higher rates of heat transfer is achieved by the intensive interaction of the material drying/cooling media (air/gas). Adjustable discharge wire is used to adjust the product residence time. Product drying and cooling is carried out in a single unit. AVM offers Customized Fluid Bed Drying Systems with a variety of Configurations.

All stainless steel cGMP models and basic models with only product contact parts and air path in stainless steel.
